Slice jalapenos in half, lengthwise. Wearing gloves, scrape seeds and ribs out of jala-penos. Blanch jalapenos in boiling water for 5 minutes. Mix cream cheese, chili powder and shredded pork. Place mixture in jalapeno halves filling but not going above side of jalapeno. Top with cheese and bacon bits. Bake in preheated 350° F oven for 10 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
