I’m Daisy Mosley. Crider Foods, Inc. appreciates its team members by recognizing their efforts and great performance. I started as a production worker and after a year was promoted to Packaging Technician. If you are looking for a career and a great place to work, CRIDER Foods ,Inc. is the place for you!

I’m Josh Poole. After completing university, I came to CRIDER Foods, Inc. as management trainee. The six month program allowed me to learn the complete business cycle and enabled my success once I was promoted to Packaging Supervisor. The training program helped me grow my job knowledge and leadership skills!

I’m Hattie Daughtry. I’ve been with CRIDER Foods, Inc. for over 36 years. I started as a production worker. I had the opportunity to learn and grow my skills. Now as a Production Supervisor, I use my skills to train new team members to insure their success. It gives me joy to come to work to a supportive company that provides a motivating workplace for me!

I’m Dave Hermann. After serving our country in the U S Army for 24 years, I came to CRIDER Foods, Inc. looking for an opportunity to apply the leadership skills I learned in the military. As the shipping supervisor, I use my leadership skills to communicate and challenge our team to perform at a high level. We complete our task with pride and precision!

I’m Debra Thompson. I joined CRIDER Foods, Inc. 26 years ago and could not have imagined what a great opportunity it was for me and my family. I started in the plant and through the Tuition Reimbursement Program; I was able to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources. Currently I am the Human Resource Manager for the facility. Crider has many success stories and I am proud to be one of them!

I’m Chris McCarty. I joined CRIDER Foods in 2004 as a Maintenance Technician. I was promoted to lead and ultimately was promoted to a Maintenance Supervisor. I work with a great staff of maintenance professionals who maintain state of the art food processing equipment. I have the opportunity to grow and be challenged every day. I am part of a team where my opinions are valued. I am proud to be part of the CRIDER team!
