Stir together mayonnaise, lime juice, ginger, lime zest and salt; toss with broccoli slaw mix. Spoon chicken along center of each tortilla, leaving small border at each end; top with 1/3 cup of the broccoli slaw. Fold up bottom of tortillas over the filling, then fold in sides and roll up tightly. Slice in half diagonally. Serve with remaining slaw.
Tip: Add some julienned apple to the slaw if desired.
