Preheat oven to 350° F. Boil 1 quart of water. Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise. Remove stems, ribs, and seeds. Place in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and cool. Shred chicken if in chunk form. Blend chicken in buffalo sauce and cream cheese. Stuff jalapeños with cheese mixture. Place on baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes. While baking, cut bacon in half and fry to cook. Top stuffed jalapeños with a piece of cooked bacon and serve.
