Mix together breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, green onions, salt and pepper, sweet chili sauce; mix in chicken until well combined. Shape mixture into eight 1/2-inch-thick patties. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat; cook patties, in batches, if necessary, for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and heated through, adding more oil as needed. Serve with mashed potatoes and prepared gravy.
Tip: Serve with a green salad instead of mashed potatoes if desired.
