Cook pasta according to package directions, adding peas during the last minute of cooking. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process; toss pasta with sesame dressing. Stir in broccoli, pineapple, red pepper, and onion. Stir in chicken tossed in sweet chili sauce and cilantro (if using).
Tip: Substitute frozen edamame for peas if desired.
