Whisk together eggs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper in large heatproof bowl; set aside. Cook pasta according to package directions, adding peas in the last minute of cooking. Meanwhile, in skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy; transfer to paper tow-el. Wipe skillet with paper towel. In same skillet, heat oil over medium heat; cook garlic for 1 to 2 minutes or until softened. Stir in chicken; bring to simmer. Cook for 2 minutes or until chicken is heated through. Drain pasta and peas, toss immediately with egg and cheese mixture until combined. Stir in bacon and chicken mixture until thickened to creamy consistency.
