Sassy Chicken Salad

  • 2 (10 oz.) cans diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 (10 or 12.5 oz.) can Chunk Chicken in Water, drained
  • 1 cup finely sliced celery
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 1/3 cup chopped, toasted pecans

In a medium bowl combine tomatoes, mayonnaise and honey. Stir in chicken, celery, grapes and pecans. Cover and chill.

Tip: May be served in hollowed out melons, avocadoes or papayas.
