Pork & Black Bean Stew

  • 2 (12 oz./340g) cans Pulled Pork, drained
  • 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 oz.) can corn, drained
  • 1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. taco seasoning

Empty all cans into a large pot or crock pot. Add taco seasoning and stir. Heat over medium-high heat until the stew is hot. Serve in bowl.

Tip: Top with hand-crushed corn chips.
