Lemon Pepper Chicken Greek Salad with Chickpeas

  • 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/3 cup prepared Italian dressing
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 1/3 cup pitted black olives
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • 1 (10 oz.) can Chicken in Lemon Pepper Sauce, lightly drained
  • 1/3 cup cubed feta cheese

Toss together romaine lettuce, Italian dressing and oregano; stir in tomatoes, cucumber, chickpeas, olives and red onion. Gently stir in chicken and feta.

Tip: Add halved hard-cooked eggs if desired.
