Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 5 (5 oz./142g) can diced ham, drained
- 1 cup frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup onions, chopped
- 1 (9”) deep dish, unbaked pie crust
- 1 tsp. dried parsley

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350° F. Whisk mayonnaise and flour together in a medium bowl. Add milk and eggs, whisk together until mixture is smooth. Add ham, broccoli, onion and cheese. Pour mixture into pie crust. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
