Chicken & Romaine Lettuce Salad

Ingredients:
  • 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/3 cup prepared poppy seed dressing
  • 1 (10 or 12.5 oz) can Chicken in Water, drained
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced diagonally
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds (natural)
Instructions:
 

In large bowl, toss romaine lettuce with poppy seed dressing; shred chicken if in chunk form; stir in chicken, carrot, apple, cranberries and almonds.

Tip: Replace romaine lettuce with fresh baby spinach if desired.
