Buffalo Chicken Cobb Salad

Ingredients:
  • 12 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup bottled buttermilk dressing
  • 1 large ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups halved grape tomatoes
  • 1 (10 or 12.5 oz.) can Shredded White Chicken in Buffalo Sauce
  • 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cucumber
Instructions:
 

Toss romaine lettuce with dressing; arrange on large serving platter. Top with rows of avocado, blue cheese, tomatoes, chicken, bacon, red onion and cucumber. Serve immediately.
