Buffalo Chicken Cobb Salad |

Ingredients:
- 12 cups romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup bottled buttermilk dressing
- 1 large ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 1/2 cup finely crumbled blue cheese
- 1 1/2 cups halved grape tomatoes
- 1 (10 or 12.5 oz.) can Chicken in Water, drained
- 1/4 cup Your Preferred Buffalo Sauce
- 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cucumber

Instructions:

Toss romaine lettuce with dressing; arrange on large serving platter. Top with rows of avocado, blue cheese, tomatoes, chicken tossed in buffalo sauce, bacon, red onion and cucumber. Serve immediately.
