Shredded Beef Tacos

Ingredients:
  • 12 yellow corn tortilla shells
  • 1/2 cup corn or canola oil
  • 2 (12 oz. /340 g) cans Roast Beef and Broth, drained
  • 1/2 head lettuce or cabbage, shredded
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2 cups cheddar or pepper jack cheese, grated
  • 1 cup salsa
Instructions:
 

Heat beef in a microwave safe dish on high for 1 minute or until warm. Place one to two tablespoons of beef inside each tortilla shell. Add shredded lettuce, onions, and toma-toes. Top with cheese. Repeat for all tortillas. Serve immediately.
