Oriental Chicken with Fruit |

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup plum, apricot or peach preserve
- 3 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. corn starch
- 3 tsp. oil
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 8 oz. Fresh snow peas
- 2 (10 or 12.5 oz)cans Chunk Chicken in Water, drained
- 4 medium plums, apricots or pealed peaches, sliced
- Cooked rice or chinese noodles

Instructions:

Cook rice or noodles. Drain and keep warm. Combine and stir preserve, vinegar, soy sauce and corn starch. Heat oil and add onions. Cook for 2 minutes. Add snow pears and cook 3 minutes. Add chicken, sauce and fruit and gently blend. Once thick and bubbly; serve over noodles or rice.
